Cheddar Olive Pops

Servings 25 Olives


  • 8 ounces Wisconsin Aged Cheddar Cheese Coarsely grated
  • 1/2 cup Wisconsin Butter Softened
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 25 Large Pimento-stuffed Green Olives


  • Heat oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat cheddar and butter in large bowl until blended. Add flour and paprika; mix well. Shape 1 tablespoon cheddar mixture around each olive, dipping hands in flour if necessary to prevent sticking. Place on prepared baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm
