Ham & Cheese Omelet
Deli Direct’s Canadian-style bacon is a perfect choice for this quick and easy recipe. To make this omelet you will need:
Salt, pepper, and any other of your favorite spices.
2 slices of Canadian-style bacon
1/4 cup cheese
Slice the Canadian-style bacon into cubes and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using a fork to whip the eggs will result in a more fluffy omelet. Omelets are simple but can also be very frustrating. It’s key to get the pan hot enough before pouring the egg mixture in. After two to three seconds, slide your pan back and forth so the egg distributes evenly. Cooking should only take a few more seconds. Once eggs mixture solidifies, slide the omelette into your plate and fold over. Top the omelet with your favorite cheese and enjoy!
