Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese Dip
1 jar roasted red peppers, drained
1 package Beat the Heat Habanero Mix or Jumpin’ Hot Jalapeno Mix
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Serve with an assortment of bread, crackers, raw veggies, or tortilla chips.
Note: Those who are sensitive to dairy products can make this dip with soft goat cheese.
Holy Guacamole!
Guacamole is a wonderful way to get some healthy fats into your diet. Our Gringo Guacamole Dip Mix makes some seriously tasty guacamole. It can be mixed up per the package directions, or you can try this delicious recipe:
Gringo Guacamole
2 ripe avocado, mashed
2 tsp lemon or lime juice
1 package Gringo Guacamole – A Spice Above Dip Mix
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 medium tomato, chopped
Mash avocado. Add lemon or lime juice and mix. Stir in Gringo Guacamole seasoning, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and chopped tomato. Chill 1-2 hours and serve with tortilla chips, raw veggies, or as a topping for nachos or tacos. You can even use this amazing guacamole in a 7-layer Mexican dip!
Note: Those who are sensitive to dairy can make this guacamole with goat yogurt.
Stuffed Artichokes
