Barron Perl, who is the owner and creator of Deli Direct, grew up in the sausage industry. He took it in day in and day out for his entire life. Barron is a very proud second-generation Chicago sausage provisioner. He and his seven brothers were born into Perl Sausage, the family business. With all of Barron’s experience and passion he launched Deli Direct in 1987.
Almost 30 years later, Barron and his team have built Deli Direct into the Midwest’s go-to source for gourmet quality deli meats, sausages, delicious cheeses and other treats packed with unique seasoning and flavors. We not only provide great customer service online and over the phone but you can get that customer service up close and personal! We have our outlet store located in Lake Zurich. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30 and Saturdays from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Here at the store you will be able to sample our food and even put together your very own custom gift baskets!
