Mike Vrobel's Horseradish Sauce

A quick and easy Horseradish Sauce made from pantry ingredients and perfect with beef.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup Rocket Radish Horseradish
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard optional
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper optional

Instructions

• Stir the sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and pepper in a small bowl. Taste and add more horseradish if it needs more kick.

Notes

Refrigerate leftover horseradish sauce, covered, for up to a week.
