RETURN POLICY:
We guarantee that your order or gift will arrive in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered product, please contact us immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
We will respond within 24 hours. E-mails received after 4:00pm CST on Friday will be responded to on Monday.
For any items returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we will reship those products at your cost with your permission. Due to food safety reasons, we are unable to repackage and ship returned items.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction. On the very rare occasion that a product is out of stock, be assured that your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Fed Ex, USPS and UPS are our preferred carriers. Our goal is to have your order at your doorstep within days. We do not ship perishable items on Friday’s. See the standard number of days to receive your order using the map below. When an order is being shipped to extremely hot temperatures, you may be contacted regarding additional shipping charges.
Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.
DELIVERY TO HAWAII AND ALASKA:
Delivery to these states may take up to 8 business days to arrive. Orders going to these destinations must go 2 day or overnight delivery. Additional charges apply.
APO/FPO Shipping: We do ship to our troops overseas.
