1) Summer Sausage Con Queso Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Deli Direct Beef Summer Sausage
1 lb Deli Direct Aged Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup salsa
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange cheese cubes and sausage in an oven-safe pan and pour your favorite salsa over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy with toasted pita chips!
2) Jalapeño Popper Spread
Ingredients:
Two 8 oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can chopped green chillies
2 oz chopped jalapeño peppers
1 cup grated Deli Direct Onion & Garlic Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl, stir in chillies and jalapeños. Spread mixture in an oven-safe dish and cover the top with grated onion and garlic cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until surface is golden-brown.
3) Buffalo Chicken Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
2 tbs olive oil
3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
8 oz sour cream
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Deli Direct Bad Day at Baghdad Hot Sauce
2/3 cup beer
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs corn starch
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown chicken with olive oil in a cast iron skillet. In a blender combine the sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan, 3/4 cup mozzarella, hot sauce, your favorite beer, garlic powder and cornstarch. Blend for at least five minutes (until well mixed). Pour the mixture over the chicken in the cast iron skillet and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is warm and bubbly. Enjoy!
