Specialty Wisconsin Cheese

All of our cheeses are made from REAL Wisconsin cheese.  Try our Horseradish Cheese Block or our 2 year old aged Red Cheddar Cheese Block.  These specialty cheeses are great to shred on taco salads and don’t forget to use our salsas, hot sauces or our dips and seasoning packets when browning your chicken or ground beef.

We even carry snacking cheese bars that combine meats and cheese such as our Cheddar N’ Salami, Onion N’ Garlic, Tomato Basil and Hot Pepper Cheese.  These are great melting cheeses or they can be cubed or sliced and served with your favorite cracker.
